2024 Graduate Digital Showreel
We are delighted to present to the industry the 2024 graduating students of the Beck Academy of Dramatic Art.
In 2024, we chose to highlight the work of our actors through a digital showcase.
Viewers have the opportunity to see each actor appear in two screen scenes and a stage monologue.
Each scene has been especially written to highlight each actor’s unique skills in screen performance, their emotional range and their character development. We chose to present scenes written and filmed in popular television and film styles so that the actor’s suitability for a given role and their casting types can be easily recognised.
The work presented is the culmination of just over 2 years training which the students undertook as part of the 2YR Drama Course.
To graduate with this certification and to be invited to take part in the Final Year Showcase, students must show competence across study units in Acting Technique, Text and Scene Study, Voice and Accents, Movement and Screen Acting.
To be accepted into the program, students must have also completed studies in Story, Style, the Business of Acting, Casting and Branding.
