If you are a beginner, you may find that working with a coach may be the best training option as you start on your acting journey.

It takes some courage when starting out to jump right into acting. Feelings of anxiety and nervousness may work against a new actor’s attempts and desires to act.

One-on-one or bespoke acting coaching could help overcome some of the negative feelings and sensations, thus readying you for group or classroom based training.

Experienced actors may also prefer acting coaching over attending classes because they may have a specific skill they will want to work and expand on.

Established actors who are already working in the industry often need one-on-one coaching when they need to prepare for a role.
